When a person joins the PRCL, that person also joins the Vancouver Curling Club. The VCC extracts its registration information from the "waiver form". The VCC is now converting to an on-line registration system, so in the future, it will not be necessary to complete the waiver form. Members of the PRCL who have completed the waiver form this year are already registered with the VCC and are not required to register on-line, but may do so if they wish.
